Each Father’s Day rolls around and each year I feel a little helpless about what to get the men in my life.
Although it’s a bit last minute, maybe you’re in the same boat I am and need some inspiration.
Here’s a little list of things that I have bought in the past or will store away for future use.
8 Things to Add to Cart This Father’s Day:
- Leather Work Gloves
- Favorite Sport Team Apparel
- Hiking/Fishing Sandals
- Magnetic Car Phone Mount
- Straw Sun Hat
- Camping Hatchet
- Engraved Beverage Cup
- Grill Gear
Leather Work gloves are amazing for your guy on the road or when camping. We go camping pretty often throughout the summer. Having these gloves h been a game changer for Reuben when he has to do some quick work on the camper.
I married a football freak and learned pretty quickly on that you can’t go wrong with sports apparel.
He married an outdoor girl who loves to hike. I’ve slowly been getting him gear that makes being outside fun, but most of all keeps him comfortable so he can enjoy being outdoors as much as me. Traditionally, we’ve been a Chaco family, but have been transitioning to barefoot shoes. These sandals have a bit more tread then some other barefoot shoes. They are on our current list of things to buy before summer ends. We need to go get some more day hikes in!
The magnetic car phone holder was Reuben’s favorite purchase of 2022. It really is a game changer in the vehicle. Do yourself a favor and go get one. Maybe get two so that you can have one for yourself.
Sun hats. Ya love ’em or ya hate ’em. I was thinking of my dad when I added this to the list. Dear man has been bald since I’ve known him, so hats save his head in the summer sun. They also look super classy, in my humble opinion.
Men and fire, amiright? I think it’s a universal thing that when men chop wood or build a fire they automatically feel like a lumberjack. So when I told Reuben about adding this to the Father’s Day List, his eyes lite up. You can’t go wrong with this purchase.
Every guy needs something to lug their drinks around in. Especially to the gym or if they have a long commute. Reuben uses his Yeti every morning for his coffee.
Summer is just kicking off, so new grill gear will make any man happy! You may not need to cook too much this summer if you play your cards right.
